Cancellation Policy

If you request cancelation at least 24 hours before the tour starts you can get a full refund, shoud request it via email or text message. * For groups 10 people and more this policy doesnt not apply and cancelation shoud be requested minimum 1 week in advance.

In case if the tour was cancelled due to the weather conditions you will be offered to reschedule or will receive a full refund.
